Rick Braun and Bob Delozier established R&B Auto Center on July, 1st, 1985 in Fontana, California on a 2 acre run-down pizza kitchen. By 1991, the effects of urban sprawl had pushed a large number of residents to housing in the Inland Empire. Several projects were in process to bring a motor speedway to Irwindale which would help to build the Inland community of Fontana. Rick and Bob were already greatly involved in the community by this point, supporting several local sporting teams as well as donating several vehicles to the Police and School Departments. By 1995, Rick Braun and Bob Delozier had taken such a foothold in the community that they were able to triple their business by 1995. This expansion would start their move to a green workplace and allow Rick and Bobs' business to become a central piece to Fontana's building infrastructure.
As Fontana rapidly grew around R&B Auto Center, R&B Quickly became one with it. By 1997, R&B was already sponsoring several community sporting teams as well as local civil municipalities. Rick and Bob were rapidly becoming respected community members and assimilated with the loving residents of Fontana and Redlands. Rick and Bob were always look for ways to give back; when the locals started supporting R&B they started supporting the communities children, their future customers. As their community network expanded so did their involvement in charity. Rick Braun and Bob Delozier were paving the way for Fontana community leaders and setting excellent examples for others to follow. Both men, kind hearted individuals, always took the time to listen to the problems and concerns of their customers which held true to their "We treat you like Family" motto. In 1998 Rick and Bob started having one-day sales events to benefit local charities, as well as many other cancer research charities. At one such event, this dynamic duo was able to raise over $30,000 to help fight breast cancer. R&B Auto Center in conjunction with its owners' Rick Braun and Bob Delozier, will continue supporting their local communities through sales and charity events as time goes by. Rick and Bob ensure there are free community events that also benefit local clubs at least once yearly. You can see a few examples of events that have been beneficial to the community on the left. |
